Handling Your Order

We deliver to most areas across South Africa via a trusted courier partner. Orders are dispatched within 2–3 business days of payment confirmation, with delivery typically taking a further 2–5 business days.

Every Bump Box and the Postpartum Package currently ship as pre-orders, so please allow for the estimated dispatch window shown at checkout before delivery timing begins.

Shipping is a flat rate of R150 regardless of order size. Please ensure we have a working contact number for the courier to use, and keep an eye out for delivery calls and messages.

Payment Options

All payments are processed securely through PayFast. We accept credit card, debit card, EFT and Instant EFT at checkout.

Refund and Return Policy

If you're unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us within 3 days of receiving your parcel, provided it's unopened and unused. Please email bumpssandbundless@gmail.com to arrange a return.

Refunds are settled within 5–7 business days of us receiving the returned item. Opened or used items cannot be accepted for return unless faulty.

Returns are currently arranged directly via WhatsApp or email rather than a fixed warehouse address.

Cancellation Policy

All orders — including Bump Boxes and Custom Bundles — are processed as pre-orders. You can cancel your order for a full refund provided we receive your request at least 48 hours before dispatch.

This 48-hour cutoff is strict because courier routes are pre-booked and physical assembly cannot be reversed once packing has started. To cancel, email bumpssandbundless@gmail.com or message us on WhatsApp (074 837 4829) with your order details as soon as possible.

Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled — please refer to our Refund and Return Policy above instead.

Custom Bundles built around gestational diabetes or hypertension substitutions follow the same 48-hour cancellation window as standard boxes. Refunds for cancelled orders are processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
